If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the delivery without giving any reason. To do this, please send a short e-mail with your name, order number and order date to the following e-mail address: schneeketten@pewag.com. Your return label will then be sent to you. The label must be visibly affixed to the original packaging of the necklace and the necklace must be returned to the nearest DPD Pick-up Shop within 14 days of submitting the cancellation notice.
